I lucked out with my stylist help on this food commission; seven year old Meren had to hand some impromptu accessories to showcase her Mum’s super zing lemon raw cake. Thumbs up, she voted; simple as that.
My namesake, @sarahraisbeck60 is a prolific and award-winning sourdough and plant-based baker who has a great reputation for her well received pop-up bake sales. These have a devout following and are a real communal hub. Especially on a sunny weekend in her garden, when hanging out with a fresh coffee and laden with that hefty brown paper bag of goodness, is a fabulous opportunity to catch up.
We’ve collaborated on several photographic workshops, with Sarah providing the catering and all attendees leaving seriously well nourished as well as having skilled up with their cameras.
2020 will see Sarah launching her own sourdough & plant-based cookery workshops and I wish her every success with these.
