This time of year is special for a very many reasons to me. Both professional & personal. A time to honour some pivotal moments and new beginnings, one of which is the sprucy springboard that working alongside these Christmas pixies enabled @wyldsfarmchristmastrees

Go feast your festive eyes and graze on their green grid for all things fir tree.  A seasonal and rustic Christmas Family Experience which both adults and small people alike enjoy, remember fondly and repeat for years to come as they children grow and the family tradition continues.

Wylds grow their trees in a sustainable manner having won awards for their efforts.  They’re passionate about their trees and also about ensuring everyone enjoys a fun visit to Wylds.

This year, with a new tractor-trailer route, a pair of porkers snout and about near the Go-Karts circuit, a Christmaze and an impressive & cosy lodge – built with a Douglas fir felled on site no less – with log burner stove to get you toasty after your trip down to the plantation trees. There really is nowhere quite like this place; if you’re remotely near Petersfield, I recommend a visit.

I was with them this morning.  Not for a tree (mine’s tagged though) but to shoot a headshots refresh for a client @graduatelandscapes. With the glow and warmth of The Après Tree Bar log burner and freshly brewed coffees all round we were good to go. It’s not easy to operate a camera outside in these temperatures though; not so much slow shutter speed as slow thumb speed!
